This high performance stump grinding attachment uses highly efficient direct-drive axial piston hydraulic motors; ensuring all the available power is put to the best possible use and removing stumps quickly and efficiently. All components are expertly designed to withstand robust treatment that’s often required to get the job done. This expertly engineered attachment is easily manageable, even on smaller excavators.
Making the most of the reach of he carrier machine, this attachment can reach stumps that would be very difficult or even impossible to reach with conventional means, such as:
- Steep embankments, such as besides roads and railways
- In flower beds/ornamental borders
- Behind fences
The reach of the machine also minimises the need to frequently reposition the machine, reducing damage done to the ground.

- Practically unbreakable tempered steel drive shaft with two, massive taper-roller bearings. Maximising the power whilst protecting the motor.
- The relatively low speed, high torque cutting wheels ensures the power goes trough the stump rather than being lost to aerodynamic drag
- The easily replaceable, self-sharpening tungsten carbide teeth have multiple cutting edges, reducing wearing parts cost. Easily replaceable or rotatable without the need to brace the cutting wheel
- The pivot mounted guard can move clear, as you cut deeper, but still ensure debris isn’t thrown far from the working area
- The cutting wheel is designed to retain momentum, evening out load peaks and ensuring a smooth, even cut
- Hydraulic pipes wrapped to ensure they’re protected
